Our "Dublin" soup is made with pigeon peas, salt beef, ground provisions, vegetables and dumplings
This soup is made with a combination of leafy vegetables such as dasheen or spinach, coconut milk, salted meats, yams, onions, peppers, green bananas, and dumplings consisting of flour and cornmeal.

Meet Chef Frederick Alexander, the culinary sensation with decades of experience in the hospitality world. Starting as a kitchen maestro at Spice Island Resort in Grenada, Chef Frederick’s journey led him to prestigious spots like Avondale Retirement, Paramount Event Space, and the Four Seasons. He’s the culinary genius behind Tropicanna Community Center’s kitchen and the visionary who rebranded it into Nutmeg Creole Kitchen. Also graduated at Centennial College culinary management international. Beyond the stove, he’s a mentor and judge at the Caribbean Kids Festival. Dyslexic but dynamite in the kitchen, his dream is to empower people, especially those with disabilities, to discover their culinary talents. Not to forget, Chef Frederick represented Grenada in culinary arts in Miami, earning himself the coveted title of a culinary medal champion.
