Privacy Policy

We only collect the information you choose to give us when you use a form on this website:

• Table bookings and catering requests: your name, phone number, email address, the date, time and number of guests, the purpose of your visit or event, and any special request.
• Messages sent from the Contact page: your name, phone number and message.

Please do not include sensitive information, such as health details, in a special request unless it is needed for us to serve you safely, for example a food allergy.

We use your information only to respond to you: to email you confirming that we have received your booking or catering request, to confirm or discuss a booking, to plan catering for your event, or to answer your message. We do not sell, rent or share your information for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

When you submit a form, your details are sent as an email to our restaurant inbox through our email provider, Resend, which also delivers the confirmation email to you. This website does not keep a database of submissions.

Booking and catering emails are kept only as long as we need them to serve you and meet our business and legal obligations, and are then deleted.

Our website is hosted by Vercel, and our email is delivered by Resend. These providers may process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that country.

After you submit a form, you can choose to continue the conversation with us on WhatsApp. This is optional. If you do, WhatsApp opens with a message you can review and edit before sending, and WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies to that conversation.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how many people visit our pages. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally; it records anonymous, aggregated information such as the pages viewed and the type of device.

We store one setting in your browser: your light or dark theme choice, if you change it. It never leaves your device.

You can ask us at any time to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can also withdraw your consent to our use of it, although we may then be unable to complete your booking or request.

If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, please contact us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca).

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
